  • We source from trusted manufacturers and artisans across Asia, including China, Indonesia, India, and Vietnam. Our strong relationships with these suppliers allow us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices. We are expanding into Europe in the near future.

  • Yes, we can provide product samples upon request so you can review materials, finishes, and craftsmanship before finalising your order. If the timeframe allows, we can ship the sample to your location, otherwise we work from video calls / videos of product. We want to ensure you’re confident in every detail before moving forward.

  • MOQs vary depending on the product and manufacturer. We work with makers and factories who specialise in customisation. Some smaller items like crockery and glassware can have higher MOQs. No matter what, we work with you to find the best options based on your needs.

  • It all starts with a consultation, where we discuss your ideas and project goals. From there, we handle the entire process, from sourcing and production to logistics and delivery. We keep you informed every step of the way to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

  • We oversee the entire sourcing process, including quality control at every stage. Our team manages inspections, coordinates with suppliers, and ensures that each item meets our high standards before it reaches you. The House of Ivor team does not outsource quality inspection - we oversee this in house.

  • Yes, we provide door-to-door shipping for clients who prefer it. However, our standard shipping option is FOB (Free On Board), meaning you or your freight partner will handle delivery from the point of origin. Shipping is quoted separately to our product so you can see costs involved easily.

  • Lead times depend on the complexity and size of the order. We’ll provide an estimated timeline during the initial consultation and keep you updated throughout the process to ensure timely delivery. Anything with custom furniture is a 90day process.

  • Absolutely. We can serve clients across New Zealand, Australia, the USA, and Canada. While home is New Zealand, and we focus there, if you are happy to manage receiving product and don't need any in person consultation, we will take on your project. We have experience in international logistics and shipping.

  • In some cases, we can expedite sourcing and delivery, but it depends on product availability and production timelines. If you have a tight deadline, please let us know as early as possible so we can assess what’s feasible. Often this involves airfreight, which requires budget flexibility.
